On paper, Hostmine Ltd. seems like a reliable mining services provider. However, the company has received a plethora of complaints from disgruntled customers.
Why You Should Not Buy from Hostmine Ltd:
The company sells ASIC miners, hosting services as well as mining accessories. Customers can also buy graphic cards and AntBoxes here.
However, buying from this company might not be a good idea. The store urges you to buy the best-performing ASIC miners which include Innosilicon A10 Pro and Antminer S19 Pro.

Moreover, it seems more profitable for Hostmine Ltd to enhance its mining processes. It can manage the expenses of its mining activities through the buyers of useless mining equipment.

Due to these reasons, Ruben doesn’t recommend doing business with them.
Hostmine Ltd Sent the Wrong Product and when the Customer Complained They Started Lying
Simon shares that he had bought S19 Pro 110 T/h and he received S19 95 T/h instead.
When he complained, the company refused to do anything. Note that the miner Simon had ordered was way more costly than the one Hostmine delivered to him.
Furthermore, the company posted a fake response to his complaint. Simon says the company is lying about how they handled the situation to look good.
Hostmine Ltd Sent a Faulty Miner and Refused to Accept a Return
Sebastian points out that he had a terrible experience with this company. He bought Aladdin L2 on 4th March 2021. However, the miner isn’t running.
The company claims that they checked the product before shipping it but Sebastian doesn’t believe them.

A lot of the company’s reviews were posted on March 31st, 2021. And all of these reviews are from India.
Furthermore, none of these reviews share any details about their experience with the company. They are extremely vague.
Hostmine Ltd is using fake reviews to promote itself. This is highly unethical and suggests that the company is trying to hide something from potential customers.

Good website but their selection is hella outdated. They exaggerate the returns on almost all the minting equipment they sell.
Being an investor it is a religious practice to get the complete past of the company and the owners. Beware! Don’t trust them, they are just a bunch of fraudsters.

Yes, they post a ton of fake reviews to make themselves look legitimate. In my experience, they have the worst products and customer service.
My experience with these guys have been wonderful since the start. I don’t know who has put this non sense up here. Me and my other 7 friends have been buying from hostmine since feb 22 we started with small 170hx mini then bought ASICs too and their service has been fabulous.
THEY ARE A SCAM.
I bought some mining equipment from these scammers back in Feb. It never arrived. Those freaks never even processed the order. They were happy to take my money tho.
Ordered a miner from Hostmine Ltd a while back. It was broken.
The thing cost me hundreds. So I contacted the customer support but they said they can’t do anything about it.
There is no accountability here. Nobody takes any responsibility. They will charge you hundred quids but refused to send a decent working product.
