The head dentist at Symphony Dental, Jong Soon Y lacks any skills whatsoever. AVOID!

Don’t go to this place, it’s terrible. Dr. Yoon doesn’t know how to put a crown. I had visited the place a few weeks ago to get a crown fitted, but after my painful experience with that horrible place, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. First off, Dr. Yoon would keep you waiting for 30 to 40 minutes because his staff doesn’t know how to allocate time slots. 

These people keep overbooking the place without giving it a second thought. They don’t realize that no person wants to spend 45 minutes sitting in their reception. Everyone has a life and people have to be, but Dr. Yoon doesn’t seem to care. 

Fitting a crown isn’t usually a difficult task. Plus, I didn’t want to take a risk by going to some inexperienced dentist, so chose to try out Symphony Dental. I just had no idea that with a clinic this old, Dr. Yoon would still make novice mistakes. I had pain ever since the procedure and when I asked about it a few days later, they told me that it would go away after a few weeks. But instead of the pain leaving my mouth, it was the crown. I complained about this but they didn’t take any responsibility for this. Dr. Yoon’s staff claims that I must’ve done something wrong and that they had done the job perfectly. What kind of a dentist responds like that? Don’t they have any sense of care towards their clients? 

You can’t trust these people at all! Dr. Yoon doesn’t even know how to install crowns, so I don’t think you can trust this person with any other kinds of procedures too. It would be better to just avoid this place.
