Zydus Cadila , a name we are all familiar with , a name we all very well resonate with since our childhood and a company who’s name or credibility we have never doubted at any point in time while using their products. I recently came across a Whatsapp forward where Zydus Cadila was searching for potential people for their clinical trials and offering money for the same , now thats what caught my attention and aroused curiosity, i started searching on google for more information and i realised that they have been burying and suppressing a lot of ground breaking scams, revelations and facts from us public. I was shocked to see so many news articles and blogs vanished around the Whatsapp recruitment for the clinical trials, and this was just the beginning, there are plenty skeletons in their closet. They have been hiding and playing this game since over a decade. I dug deep and it took me hours to go through it all and realise how we the common people are fooled and duped. The company we feel we can trust our lives with , has backstabbed us and has been hiding a lot of important facts and evidences against them from us. It took me hours to find it all and compile and collate it for you all. The kingpin of this pharma company is Pankaj Patel, he has now stepped down and his son Sharvil Patel has taken over. They are the ones who have been spearheading this for over a decade need to be exposed to the whole world. The truth needs to prevail. They cannot hide behind the news, they need to realise that money cannot bury or buy the truth. Truth is not for sale, they need to understand and respect the same.

Questionable recruitment practices in Zydus Cadila’s COVID-19 vaccine trial
In February, messages circulating on Whatsapp announced recruitments for a clinical trial of a COVID-19 vaccine, being conducted at hospitals in Bangalore and Mumbai. The messages did not mention the pharmaceutical company that was conducting the trials, but mentioned a fee that each participant would get and phone numbers of the people to contact. The Caravan has found that the texts were intended to recruit people into Indian pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila’s ongoing trial. The contacts listed in the messages were those of recruiting agents who are not part of the company or of the clinical-investigation teams.
Zydus Cadila is conducting a phase-three human trial for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate. The first and second phases of a vaccine clinical trial establish basic safety and immunogenicity—ability to elicit and immune response— in a small, often homogenous group of participants. A phase-three trial tests the vaccine in a large, more diverse group of volunteers for efficacy. In the case of the vaccine, efficacy is by how much can it reduce transmission or severity of an infection. Zydus Cadila, which began recruitment in mid-January, has said that it aims to recruit 30,000 volunteers for the trial across 45 sites across the country. The trial is randomised, double-blinded and placebo-controlled. The trial protocol uploaded on the Clinical Trial Registry of India said that it is being conducted to test the safety, immunogenicity and efficacy of the vaccine. Zydus Cadila wrote in an email to me that it has not commissioned third parties to conduct recruitments. I contacted the numbers listed on the Whatsapp messages and spoke to middlemen who said they had been commissioned by the company.
A Whatsapp message for recruitment at NRR Hospital promised “Free, Corona vaccine trials” to volunteers from across the country. NRR Hospital is listed as a site for the Zydus Cadila trial in the CTRI. The message said each volunteer would get Rs 500 per visit over four visits—a total of Rs 2,000. It added that a volunteer needed to be older than 18 and to have a body mass index between 18 and 30. The message had contact details of two persons named BK Reddy and Murali Putla. The latter said that he was getting paid by the Zydus Cadila to recruit participants. “We get a commission from the sponsors, we take no money directly from the participants,” he said.

The efficacy of Zycov D is nowhere near Pfizer, Moderna and even Covishield. This vaccine has no credibility. They had a very shady clinical trial. DO NOT ever consider getting their vaccine, spread the word and share this article on all your social medias too.
I took a shot of Zycov D, had terrible rashes all over my body and whats worse is that i even ended up getting COVID LOL. Its not a vaccine, its a joke.
Zycov D has absolutely no potency. Almost everyone i know whos got it has got COVID. And Sharvil Patel should be made the brand ambassador for nepotism in India. A great example of how a talentless and an uncapable man can be a chairman of Healthcare company responsible for endangering so many lives. Shocking!

I have always used their products and always considered them to be reliable , but when i recently used their mouth spray called viroshield , i realised what a scam it is. I had a terrible throat ache within 2-3 days of using it and when i showed myself to the dr he told me to immediately quit using the spray. It took me a week to recover and get back to normal. If their mouth spray is so unreliable and unsafe , i wonder how safe to use will their vaccines be?
If this man focused a little more on launching the vaccine than making tall claims and trying to be the next Adar Poonawalla he might just have been able to launch the vaccine by now. All we hear from the CEO of Zydus is baseless commitments and failed deadlines. Whereas Adar Poonawalla is far more humble and mature and goes without saying that there cant ever be anyone like him, so you better stop wasting time Mr Patel , you are already far behind in the race of vaccines.
I have seen few of his interviews. Has no sense to talk and terrible social skills. Totally undeserving of his designation and title, but i guess nepotism makes him fortunate. Company could have done far better if it was in wiser hands.
Its extremely funny how the MD Sharvil claims and boasts about their upcoming vaccine , that it will be painless. I want to ask him – what is more important , pain or efficacy? and i dont know anyone who has complained about the covishield or covaxin being painful, people infact are appreciating how painless getting vaccinated is. Zydus needs to come up with far more mature claims rather than “painless vaccines”, probably they need to first start with replacing their immature MD.
Just for the record, i would choose a more potent painful vaccine vs a painless and less effective one.

I doubt they will ever be able to create a efficient vaccine and even if they do, we as citizens will have so many better options to choose from why would anyone choose their vaccine over Pfizer, Novovax , Sputnik etc.
I recently saw an interview where the ceo sharvil was saying that their vaccines will be painless. I want to ask him – what about the pain and misery that he inflicted on innocent patients during the clinical trial? Why are they hiding data and facts?
No wonder their vaccine is taking forever to launch. They are incapable of developing a potent vaccine. I used viroshield- a mouth spray they launched recently, got a terrible throat infection and doctor told me i should avoid using such products.
It is because of these filthy, dirty and shady indian pharma businessmen that the country has come down to what it is today. Instead of saving lives and doing whats best for mankind, they only focus on filling their pockets. Such a pity.

Last 12 years I’m working for this company and won a lots of certificate and medals.Including Two Star night one is in Bangkok 2015and other is in Dubai 2016 with family where I’m awarded with my family on the stage by Sir Mr Servil Patel and My Hq is Baruipur (West Bengal) Kolkata and last 20 years I’m working in this area.But on January 2020 company closed our division and issue a letter that they put me to another division.But in June 2020 they issued a release letter and closed every relationship with ZYDUS … I can’t understand how could this possible I was always proud being a Zydans worked like that and my hq is always in top 10 headquarters.
Many companies offers me but I never leave my zydanship now I’m 43 years old not any company offers me a job in this stage I’m a family man my son is in class 12 CBSE board and preparing for jee .I can’t understand how should I support him…I also can’t understand how should I bring the medicine for my old mother and arrange food for my wife and family.
Still I’m waiting do my best in my hq as usual.

Quite an eye opener! I am glad i got myself covaxin and didnt get their vaccine. Sharvil Patel should be exposed and there should be an investigation over the shady clinical trials conducted.
We have far better options of vaccines available like Covishield and Covaxin. It makes absolutely no sense to try or even considering using their vaccine. So many people have suffered during their clinical trials and they have covered it all up. My friends mother is still critical and paying the price for trusting Zydus and their impotent vaccines and fake promises.
Pathetic family and horrible company. People fallen terribly sick after their vaccine in clinical trials admitted in their own hospital to prevent any media leak. How terribly shady is that. They need to be investigated , they are playing with human lives.
A lot of people have been a part of their clinical trial have been hospitalised. One of my relatives has severely got ill after getting their vaccine in the clinical trial. I have all evidence and proof. They will try their best to bury and not let the media know. Their vaccine is inefficient and none of their products can be trusted. Please go for Covishield or Covaxin.
This father son duo are pure capitalists and only care about money. Sharvil Patel has been been born with a golden spoon. He has had to do nothing to be able to prove that he is even worthy to be able to lead such a company. His surname is the only reason he is where he is. My friend used to work in one of their factories in Sikkim, and he told me how the work culture is so pathetic and how there is zero work life balance. He also told me how the father and son leveraged the COVID situation to make money. I had absolutely no clue about all this until he told me. He also claimed that they are covering up a lot of things related to the clinical trial of their upcoming vaccine.
Pankaj Patel the chairman of Zydus Cadila is a corrupt businessman. His son Sharvil Patel who has recently taken over the business is no better. We cannot let this father son duo take advantage of us. They need to be investigated and boycotted. Even i saw the Whatsapp forward regarding the covid vaccine trial a few weeks ago. I will share screenshots of the same too. Lets boycott their vaccine.
extremely shocking to come across something like this. highly unexpected from zydus cadila and pankaj patel. there should be an investigation into the company and its murky affairs. after seeing this, i am sure there must be many hidden skeletons in the closet.
