The man running this clinic is Mark Amols, MD. Their prices might seem a little attractive but their quality of service suggests even such prices are too high for them.
Apparently, Dr. Mark Amols doesn’t know how to interact with his clients. His staff lacks the professionalism and care you expect to see in a fertility clinic.

This review sent chills down my spine. Jamie here had a mentally and emotionally scarring experience with this clinic. She shares that no one had scolded and harassed her before like Dr. Mark did. Particularly when she was already going through the trauma of losing her baby.
Poor Jamie had a miscarriage. Instead of consoling her and trying to make the situation better, Dr. Mark Amols shouted at her on the day she found out that her baby had died.
She shares that you’d think someone in the business of helping women get pregnant would be quite understanding, patient and cooperative with someone who suffers such a loss. However, Dr. Amols is nothing like that.
He was mad at her because she got upset with one of his nurses who behaved very rudely and impatiently with her while sharing the news. Moreover, he also informed her that he was going to change his family plans to accommodate her on the same call. Remember that he did all this the same day she found out about her miscarriage.
On top of that, he scolded Jamie’s sister who was trying to mediate the situation. The reviewer shares that he should be ashamed of himself for his behavior and should pursue a career in something that doesn’t require compassion.
She says, “He turned a devastating situation into a horrific nightmare”.
Would you trust a fertility clinic that lacks compassion? No excuse makes it okay for a doctor to scold someone who just lost their baby.

New Direction Fertility Centers Doesn’t Respond, Horrible Communication
This reviewer points out that this clinic doesn’t respond in a timely manner. They emailed the MD but received no response. So, they contacted the place through the chat feature even though it’s not a live chat. It took the clinic several days to respond to the reviewer’s message on the chat.
Eventually, the clinic stopped responding to the chat as well.
The reviewer highlights that it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. This clinic doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails so if you have a lot of patience, only then consider this place. Even then, it would be better to hire someone else because the waste of time would be just too much.

As you can see from the various reviews on this clinic, it’s not a place you can trust. New Direction Fertility Centers is terrible at communicating with its customers and even though their prices might be on the lower end, they lack the fundamental qualities necessary in a fertility clinic.
Please find a better clinic that knows how to communicate and how to behave with its clients. This place isn’t worth your time or attention.
I am shocked after reading this article. They need to get punished otherwise these people are going to continue doing this with other people as well. People who are not aware of PR and those who don’t know that these people buy fake reviews to deceive clients. Such people can fall into their trap easily.
I will suggest everyone not to waste their time at this clinic. If they don’t even respond to their client’s complaints then what’s the use? Why would anyone waste their time? You should rather look for another clinic.
These people need to be punished for what they are doing to these women. They abused them when they were going through so much emotional pain. Seriously? This is not at all acceptable.
My sister also had the same experience. The clinic’s staff was not responding to her messages or emails for days. She was in a lot of mental stress due to the staff’s behavior.
How can the doctor scold her for getting emotional about losing her baby? This is ridiculous. Instead of helping her in such an emotional situation. They harassed her. This is the worst a person can do to another human.
This issue needs to be addressed by the mainstream media so that more and more people get to know the truth about such clinics and doctors who abuse their patients.
This news must get covered by the mainstream media. So that everyone gets to know about the reality of such clinics and doctors who do not care about their client’s emotions.
This clinic needs to be closed. What they have done to their clients must be addressed by the medical authority. This is not at all acceptable. Their license should be withdrawn.
I agree with the article. My friend also went through the same experience. She told me how the clinic’s staff misbehaved with her and didn’t help her much with her issues.
I will recommend you visit some other fertility center for the treatment, most of the people in the clinic aren’t religious to their work and my god the tone of their voice is fully irritating, make the correct choice.
This was my lifetime worst experience, being a woman and planning to have a baby is very joyful and a major step in her life, but when she reached the clinic, you are welcomed with scolding and harassed by the doctor and staff members, this made me feel uncomfortable and felt nervous before the treatment begins, I will suggest you not to visit the clinic for treatment.
I will recommend you not take any type of treatment from the clinic, they have provided their people with all the negativity and made them feel uncomfortable in the clinic.
Their staff is the most annoying group of people, I literally got irritated by their way of talking and carelessness towards their patients, I have seen various clients getting mistreated, they need to make their staff learn the basics of communication.
Seemed to be professional and will provide the promised services but I was wrong, all their claims are fake and none of them are involved in providing better services.

I just finished a round of IVF did the retrieval and did the FET. It did not take which is understandable I guess! 5 embryos inseminated and only one took only to last the transfer for about a week, Okay understandable. So I get the news I’m miscarrying so I message them to know whether to stop the progesterone injections and the 6 pills I was taking three times a day that I had to stay on for twelve weeks since there is no baby now I’m assuming I can stop them! Welllll no answer but ooooh I did get the message to reschedule my blood draw appt 🙂 of course money talks BS walks! And questions are a waste of time and no money!!
These people don’t care about your time. Once they get your money, they will stop bothering about your appointments. They don’t view you as a client but as a number.
I had nothing short of an amazing experience with this clinic. I’m sure not everyone does but honestly there isn’t another doctor I would ever recommend. The staff is wonderful and professional and so everything they can to answer your questions. During my IVF I saw Dr. Derman but on a few I saw Dr. Almos. Both are amazing and very knowledgeable. I had success with my first round of IVF after 3 years of trying naturally. And this was during COVID too and even with all that is hectic with that they still made it as convenient as possible. This clinic has higher than average rates of success across the nation. They seem to be doing something right. Not to mention at an extremely affordable rate comparatively. I highly recommend!
I am happy that you had a positive experience with the New Direction Fertility Centers but sadly, that was not my experience. As a POC, I wish they treated me with the respect they treated you with.
