The Worst Solar Company in West Virginia!
I made a grave mistake by buying solar panels from Mountain View Solar LLC. I read a few Mountain View Solar reviews online and thought they were an excellent solar company, but they turned out to be a disaster. One of the sales executives talked me into buying the panels. He claimed that I would be saving thousands of dollars in the long term and this investment will be the “best home investment” of my life.

Mountain View Solar provides solar solutions. Where, solar energy is renewable energy that comes from the sun. It can be used to generate electricity, heat, and light for various purposes. It is used in various regions, but it needs to be noted that solar panels are constrained with sunlight and weather.
I was easily convinced and decided to get solar panels for my house. During the start of the process, the Mountain View staff was really helpful and the process was smooth, however as soon as they started the installation process, it became impossible to get a moment of peace. Their installation staff was running on my house’s rooftop in tennis shoes, talking loudly and overall being a$$holes.
They did not give a fcku about anything. However, this was not the worst thing that happened. THE PANELS STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY IN 3 MONTHS! They were not making the energy they were supposed to make. I contacted the Mountain View Solar’s customer support and told them to do something about the issue. They told me that it must be a cleaning issue and some dusting should do the trick. I have a 3 story home and the installers never asked me about it or even mentioned it was going to matter. Mountain View Solar LLC should be closed down!

There are fricking leaks in my roof and the company is saying they didn’t do it. My roof is only 8 years old. The insurance guys from USAA are saying it will not be covered. I’ve got a bill of $25,000 on my head now and Mountain View Solar has refused to take ANY responsibility of the damages they’ve done! Their contract is just horrible and as a doctor myself, I couldn’t be more ashamed of myself for not seeing through their sham.
Run away from this pathetic company!

Oh god, I thought I was the only one who was made a fool by Mountain View. Please avoid them!
Do not trust Mountain View Solar!!! The panels we bought stopped working properly in September 2019. The company is yet to send someone to fix the issue and repair the panels. Thought the bills haven’t stopped raining down. As if our situation wasn’t bad before. We are paying $1200-1800 every month on electricity and the lease combined. This is financial hell for us!
As soon as I got panels from Mountain View Solar, the behavior of their staff took a 180. Their customer service staff is total cr@p. If I could, I would stop my past self from getting into a contract with Mountain View Solar.
Oh God! I also got solar panels from Mountain View Solar a couple months back and these are literal scammers. Their sales guys are good at convincing people and then trapping them in a s*itty contract. I’m still stuck with the contract I had with them in March 2019! Much later I came to know about the thousand times better deals that were available on the market. I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid Mountain View Solar, they are charging way too much and have the most unreliable customer support. I don’t know how they haven’t they been sued by someone yet. The guys at Mountain View Solar will trap you in their contract, which is filled with legal jargon. The sales person would suggest you to just sign ahead and you’ll endup making the worst decision of your life. I am still paying hundreds of bucks to these a$$holes. It’s crazy how they get away with all this.
