The undersigned, as plaintiff and owner of record, in support of this Renewal Affidavit, pursuant to A.RS. § 12-1612, being duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Arizona:
1. Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein.
2. Pursuant to the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure on May 25, 2017, a Default Judgment was entered in favor of affiant and against Defendants Jeremy Grabow, Jane Doe Grabow, Dimitrios Stamatakos, and G3 Global LLC, jointly and severally, on Affiant’s pled claims in the above-captioned action, which was filed with the Clerk on May 31, 2017.
3. The entered judgment was in the principal amount of $64,190.28, plus taxable costs in the amount of $821.45 and interest accruing at the lesser ten percent.
4. The Judgment was recorded in the Official Records of the Maricopa County Recorder on August 23, 2017, instrument number 20170623541.
5. The Judgment has not been assigned.
6. No execution is anywhere outstanding and unreturned upon this Judgment.
7. There are no setoffs or counterclaims in favor the judgment debtors to be applied against the amount owed on the Judgment.
8. No payments have been made on the Judgment.
9. The total amount on the Judgment through March 11, 2022, is _______________.
10. The Affidavit is made and filed for the purpose of renewing the Judgment in the manner and for the purpose required by law.
