In December of 2017, Brian assaulted Brittany, leaving her with visible injuries. Brittany filed for a restraining order against Brian, which was granted.
In May of 2018, Brian violated the restraining order by sending Brittany numerous text messages and showing up at her house. Brittany called the police, and Brian was arrested.
In August of 2018, Brian was sentenced to six months in jail for violating the restraining order.
