Anita Kelly Of Telford, PA was Arrested For Selling Marijuana to kids! We brought this to the Giant Grocery stores management and they just laughed at us. You decide if we are crazy: On January 19, 2010, Anita Kelly (aka Anita Serafin) employed at the Doylestown, PA location of Giant Food Store, plead guilty for selling PCP and Marijuana to an 11 year old girl. Case number 38-1-17CR-0000067-10 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Now she sells beer and wine at the Giant Food Store 4357 Swamp Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901. This is illegal and bad business and it’s not safe! She has an extensive criminal record that also includes Prostitution, violence, other drug felonies and more. She even has an alias here https://m.facebook.com/public/Anita-Serafin#!/profile.php?id=100005065184536. We attempted to notify the Doylestown Giant Food Store manager Joe H. Carwithen (aka Joey Carwithen and Joseph Carwithen) we don’t want a criminal having open access to children in a public place. He laughed at us and said, “Well, there are other grocery stores in Doylestown, I never want to see you in Giant again”. So in shock, we did even more digging and found out that Giant Food Story has a problem with hiring criminals and people who just don’t understand how a civil community operates. Joey graduated from Pennridge High School (Perkasie, PA) and is an absolutely notorious racist and all around creepy pervert. Th stories that his classmates told us about this individual only beg the question, why isn’t he in prison? He would sit in the cafeteria and mock the handicapped children and special needs students. Somebody needs to make this public, like, video record them both or put flyers in their neighborhood or parking lot of Giant Food Store in Doylestown PA.

I live down the street from Anita Kelly in Telford, Pennsylvania. She’s know for being an absolute hateful, drama seeking, sociopath. The things she says are nothing short of shock-ably offensive and fueled by an extremely deep seeded hate for everything and everyone. I see the dirt being posted on these forums now about her, and believe me, you aren’t even scratching the surface. My cousin was one of the little boys she used to deal drugs to. When i heard that she was allowed to sell alcohol at the Doyelestown Pennsylvania Giant Food Store, I was shocked and horrified. I mean don’t they do any background checks on these people? She used to use the last name Anita (Kelly) Serafin. Maybe the Giant Grocery store did do a background check but didn’t check her other alias. Keep these posts coming guys! Don’t let this devil of a women hurt anymore children, disabled veterans or innocent people.
Oh and on the Joe (Joseph) Carwithen character, I called a friend that graduated with him at Pennridge High School in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. He was a really devious guy, he lives in Pipersville PA or something now. He was known for spreading false rumors about this special needs girl that were pretty horrific and painful. Giant Food Store in Doylestown doesn’t seem to care to much about the safety of psychological health of their customers. That’s really disgusting.
This is slander. At the time of this incident my mother in law was not working in this location or position (and has never) she was dealing with her husband’s cancer who then passed. I find it cruel that someone would want to put slander like this out in the world at this time to what? Make an old woman lose her job?! She works hard, leave the woman alone. You should be ashamed of yourself for even writing such a false review of someone.
This isn’t true at all lmfao my grandmother was dealing with my grandpas cancer at this time and she’s never worked for that location or the job tittle listed who ever posted this is just trying to ruin a old lady’s life she’s never smoked pot either she is against that stuff and would never let any kid nor her own family near that
I’m really happy that this marijuana dealer got arrested. Don’t these people have any kind of ethics whatsoever?! Selling drugs to kids is synonymous with ruining their lives. People like Kelly should get punished. It’s scary to realize that there are dozens of these criminals in almost every neighborhood. Thank you for exposing this dealer (I don’t know the exact word)
